These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of PulseLink, operated by Marko Kobyliukh. By creating an account or using PulseLink, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PulseLink. Users aged 13–17 must have parental or guardian consent. Coaches must be at least 18 years old. By registering, you represent that you meet these age requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at pulselink.fit@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; harass, abuse, or harm other users; impersonate any person or entity; upload malicious code or content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform; or use the platform to distribute spam or unsolicited communications.
PulseLink provides tools for coaches and clients to connect and communicate. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or safety of advice provided by coaches. Coaches are independent professionals, not employees or agents of PulseLink. Always consult a qualified medical professional before starting a fitness or nutrition program.
Coach subscription plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your paid plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
PulseLink and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Marko Kobyliukh and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Ukrainian law, PulseLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Ukrainian law.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of PulseLink after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
