PulseLink is operated by Marko Kobyliukh. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use PulseLink at pulselink.fit.
PulseLink is a virtual fitness coaching platform connecting coaches and clients. The platform is owned and operated by Marko Kobyliukh (contact: pulselink.fit@gmail.com). This policy is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, date of birth, fitness goals, activity level, body measurements, daily check-in data (sleep, weight, calories, macros, alcohol consumption), fasting sessions, chat messages, and profile photos. We also collect usage data automatically, including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
We use your data to: provide and improve the PulseLink platform; connect clients with coaches; enable progress tracking and analytics; send transactional notifications; enforce platform rules (including age restrictions); and comply with legal obligations.
PulseLink is available to users aged 13 and older. Users aged 13–17 must have parental or guardian consent before using the platform. Coaches must be at least 18 years old. If we discover that a user under 13 has registered, we will delete their account and associated data. Clients under 18 have certain features (alcohol tracking) automatically hidden.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only: with coaches you choose to connect with (your profile, check-ins, analytics, and plans); with infrastructure providers (Supabase for database and storage, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payments); and when required by law.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and row-level security on our database. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your account and data (available in Settings → Danger Zone); withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights or for any privacy-related questions, contact us at pulselink.fit@gmail.com.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of PulseLink after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
